Sabrina Linn's world of pillows

Adding color and pattern is the easiest way to add personal style to your home. But sometimes mixing and matching colors and patterns, might be a quite difficult task. And a former freelance stylist and Style Editor at Canadian House & Home Magazine, Sabrina Linn knew that. While still working at the magazine, she started sewing up pillows in her spare time giving them as gifts to friends. And when one of her pillows, she had been making for friend, landed on the cover, she instantly knew the timing was right to try something new. So she decided to launch her own line of pillows.

The idea behind the line is to design coordinated collections that don't look like typical coordinates. The fabrics are selected so that they amazingly work together, even though they are different. Mix of colors and prints, creating a fresh, funny look perfectly reflects her design philosophy, that the silhouette of any design - whether it's a pillow, tunic or a sofa - should have a classic form in order to balance the color and print. Her collections are all limited editions, while only a limited number of each style is made to last the season.

Here are some fabulous pillows from her collections: Flock, Garden and Resort, and something that I really just couldn't resist not to post - a sneak peek into her bag!
